THE ROLE

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Finance Analyst to join our dynamic finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for all things related to client rewards, the fastest-growing area of our business. This will include forecasting, financial reporting, liaising with external clients, and driving improvements in our currently fragmented process.

This is a fantastic opportunity for your first role in finance. No previous experience is required, but any you do have is welcome! What is required is a clear and logical way of thinking, coupled with a desire to learn and the confidence to take ownership of a key area of our business.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Work with our Client Success colleagues to understand their client programs and campaigns.
Produce forecasts and reporting for client rewards.
Liaise with external clients to understand future plans and agree on reward levels required.
Monitor reward levels and place orders to top up balances.
Standardize the current process to drive efficiency, accuracy, and improve external client service.

YOU ARE:

A recent graduate with a 2:1 degree or above.
Equipped with robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Excel.
Results-oriented and driven.
Highly self-motivated and proactive.
An excellent verbal and written communicator.
Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team.
Available to work immediately—contract term: 3 months with a view to extend.
Located in either the Leeds or London office for 2 days per week, with 3 days working from home.
